The new Priest is going to drag St Mary’s into the 21st century if it kills him. And the Ladies Choir is on his hit-list. After all, new expensive sound systems are what all the best churches are using now!
When their services are dispensed with, the ladies are devastated! They love their choir and have been singing together for years. Their decision to advertise themselves as entertainers creates some unexpected and jaw-droppingly funny outcomes.
Fun, food, friendship and music are at the heart of this thoroughly engaging comedy by Alison Quigan (who people may remember as the receptionist Yvonne on Shortland Street).
